Kipi has a few things that make her seem a bit "alien"
1) She's a big user of SFX contacts that give her eyes that "look".
2) She's got that skin color that japanese die for... that really ivory look.
3) Then, of course, she's got a delightful snaggle for the Tsuruya fans....
She is one of the better ones out there. I'll repeat my usual comment that people should cosplay characters appropriate for them as in (lame simple examples follow):
no boobs? Don't play Yoko
got boobs? Don't play Nia
50 years old, 210lbs, and shoulder-length silver hair like me? For god's sake don't do Sailor Moon or Naruto or anyone else.... do Van Helsing or something.
I wouldn't mind cosplaying the admiral from the Nanoha series but I'd need two petite cat-girls, one for each arm to make it work
