I'm a big fan of tabletop or better said, Pen&Paper RPGs. Not necessarily Dungeon & Dragons, my favourite system right now is the Dresden Files RPG by Evil Hat Production.
Recently, Evil Hat Production hold a contest in which the fans should try to write a statblock for the main character of the Series, Harry Dresden.
One of the examples can you see here.
As I saw this, I thought: "Couldn't you do this with To Aru Majutsu character, too?"
So, I sat down and tried to make a statblock for Touma Kamijou according to the rules of Dresden Files RPG.
This is the result:
Spoiler:
Character: Touma Kamijou
Aspects: (These are story elements that built the character, showing his strenghts and weaknesses; They can be used together with FATE points to enhance your rolls or create facts to you advantages; All aspects should have a negative side, too, which compels your character to make difficult choices, but will generate FATE points.
On the other hand, you can also compel other characters Aspect or taking advantage of them!)
High Concept: The Boy whose right hand defies even God's Miracles
(What the Charakter is)
Trouble: I will pay the price for Their smiles!
(Source of constant conflict for the character)
Phase one: Such misfortune!
(Background: Where did you come from?)
Phase two: My life is a bad Dating Sim!
(Rising Conflict: What shaped you?)
Phase three: My memories for her memories
(The Story: What was your first adventure?)
(Guest Star: Index Librorum Prohibitorum)
Phase four: "Grit your teeth well, Strongest One!"
(Guest Star: Whose Path Have You Crossed?
(Main Character: Mikoto Misaka)
Phase five: "I will destroy that illusion of yours!"
(Guest Star Redux: Who Else’s Path Have You Crossed?)
(Main Character: Styl Magnus)
Power Level: Submerged
(There are four power levels, submerged is the highest)
Skill Cap: Superb (+5)
(give Boni on rolls)
(+0: Mediocre difficulty; Something that everyone can do)
(+1: Average difficulty; You have a little training in this skill)
(+2: Fair difficulty; You are trained in this skill)
(+3: Good difficulty; You are a professional)
(+4: Great difficulty; You are a veteran)
(+5: Superb difficutly; You are a true expert in this skill)
Skill Points: 35
(Every level cost as much FATE points as it gives boni on the roll; You can not have more skills in a higher level than in the level below it.)
Touma's skills:
Superb (+5): Conviction (Strenght of will, faith, mental endurance)
Great (+4): Rapport (Holding a speech, making a good first impression, persuading someone), Endurance (Physical endurance, toughness)
Good (+3): Fists (unarmed fighting skill), Discipline (Mental and social defense, concentration), Athletics (Dodging, Acrobatics, Sprinting etc.)
Fair (+2): Scholary (Academic knowledge), Alertness (Noticing surprise attacks or little details in the scene), Empathy (Defense against lies, helps to understand other people and to realize their feelings), Intimidation (Threating someone)
Average (+2): Contacts (Knowing people, finding or creating rumours), Presence (Social endurance, "Street Cred" etc., ability to lead a group), Might (Body strength, the ability to break or bend things, to lift heavy objects or persons), Investigation (active search for something), Lore (Knowledge about the world of Magic)
Skill Point used: 35
Basic Refresh: 10
(Shows how many FATE points you will have at least in the beginning of each season; You can trade Refresh points for stunts or supernatural powers, but a PC must always have at least 1 refresh or more or they will become NPCs.)
Stunts and Supernatural Powers:
(What the Character can do)
Power: The Imagine Breaker (-3): Can attack, defend, block and use maneuver at all supernatural attacks, block or maneuvers with the Fists skills; Can be cut off, but will regenerate; Contains a powerful... Something!
(Attack: Hurts an enemy
Defense: Depends on the attack, against guns you use Athletics, against Fists you use Fists
Block: You try to prevent a specific action of the enemy (For example: An attack or move)
Maneuver: You try to create an Aspect (For example: Shoving an enemy -> He is Off Balance)
Killer blow (-1): Pay one fate-point: Add 3 to the damage of a Fists attack on a successful hit, once per scene.
Talk them down (-1): You may use your Conviction skill to perform a block in physical conflict
No Pain, no Gain (-1): Two additional mild physical consequences.
Won’t Get Fooled Again (-1): Empathy +2 against someone who lied to you before and you found out.
Level 0 (-0): Student in Academy city, but has no (direct) Esper power.
Refresh left over: 3
(Touma will have at least 3 FATE Points in the beginning of every session)
Stress and Consequences:
Basically the life points: Stress regenerates after the character has time to compose himself, Consequences are wounds etc. They need time to heal and can reduce recieved stress. They act as Aspects, that means they can be invoked or compeled (for example, you can't climb with a Broken Hand).
Every character has at least one of every consequence below available. They can be used for any kind of conflict, but only once until you are healed. If you take a physical moderate consequence during a fight and you haven't recovered, you can't use it in a social conflict. Additional consequences can be often used only for one specific kind of stress.
(Mild (-2 Stress): Physical = A bloody nose; Mentally = Distracted; Social = Flustered; Recovery time: One scene)
(Moderate (-4 Stress): Physical = a Belly slash; Mentally = Exhausted; Social = Ashamed; Recovery time: One session)
(Severe (-6 Stress): Physical = Broken wrist; Mentally = Trauma-induced Phobia; Social = Crippling Shame; Recovery time: One scenario)
(Extreme (-8 Stress): Physical = Amputation; Mentally = Insanity; Social = Convicted Criminal; Changes one Aspect of the character permanent; Recovery time: Can not heal)
Physical (Endurance): 4 (+2 mild physical consequences)
(Fight with Fists, Weapons or Guns)
Mental (Conviction): 4 (+1 mild mentally consequence)
(Battle of wits and minds, Riddles, etc.)
Social (Presence): 3
(Battle of words and social power, for example TV debates between politicians)
If you can't take stress anymore, you are taken out. The enemy can do with you what he wants.
You can decide to give up on your own. In that case, you can decide how you will leave the fight (Escaping by jumping from a bridge, etc.)
(Thanks for Chaos2Frozen and his suggestions on the Aspects)
Sorry, I know, this is really long and too much details, but I really just want to show it as an example. You don't have to use the Dresden Files RPG or the FATE system for your ideas and suggestion!
I hope, I'm not the only Pen&Paper-RPG-geek here. ^^;
