I did the same thing
Id been putting off epi 2 since epi 1 aside from the voices didnt do much for me. I think I looked at the raw vers of the manga a few years ago XD But Koyasu starts talking and Im all *BING* back into it.
We've said it before this series is seiyuu buffet along with the prettiness of the guys. Im hoping the plot gets better but right now Ill just listen~~~
