That is not a smooth raining effect, since the drops clearly make up and down. Nice work on the background and on the outglow but that flawly rain effect deducts a bit from the sum. You might want to adjust it.

Just like how you had to reduce the compression quality to fit the size-restrictions, I had to cut down on the number of animation frames to only 2, so the end-effect doesn't look as well as the original. Here's the original with more frames:
Diaboso: The brushing(?) in the background blends very well with the image of Saber, though you could improve abit on the font used. I like the overall feel of the sig!
