The wiki for this game mentioned something about desktop backgrounds or something, but what are those? And how do you access them?

And how do you check which ending you've gotten?
I think I've gotten the Geass Nunnally ending, and I'm pretty sure about the Geass ending part, but I'm not too certain if it is Nunnally or not.

I'm asking this because I heard that there was a "Get the hell away from my sis" event from Lelouch if you make a wrong decision somewhere towards the end....
