A new Negima manga is starting in
Comic BomBom magazine

Comic BomBom is a magazine for very young boys between the ages of 6-11.
From what I know these type of magazines like Comic BomBom (for very young boys 6-11) don't allow the type of fanservice thats published in shounen magazines (for boys between 12-18).
So if this new Negima manga won't have fanservice in it, then what will it have ?
a very kiddish magical story ?
Ok j/k there, but we'll have to wait and see what this new manga will be about (but I'll be really surprised if it has any fanservice in it).
