I'm guessing that maybe she lost her ability to connect to Little Garden's central network, with the rabbit ears gone and all (which somehow served as an antenna?), but she doesn't lose her abilities as a Moon Rabbit (She still IS a rabbit after all, since heck, she still has a tail), like the speed, etc.
Well, that's my take ^^ (Will wait for someone more knowledgeable, since I'm just a newborn fan ^^)
