Oh! a Haruhi vector, let's see...
When you add colors to a vector/trace, It is always a good idea to leave the outlines layer above the ones with color. I can see a few places when the color pretty much eats the outlines, and this can be easily avoided with a proper layer arrangement.
There are some bits without color here and there, so be careful with that as well.
I am also a little puzzled by the roughness of some of the lines; Did you do everything with the pen tool?
Anyway, despite all I just said, I still think you did a very good job with your first vector.
It is a million times better than what I did as my first work, and some things here can be easily corrected if you ever decided to do another one.
