What about Kakashi's Sharigan, doesn't he have part of the bloodline?
I'm not sure , but why do they always say Sasuke is the last of his clan, does no one know that Ithachi is alive?

Last time I checked Men didn't give birth, so unless Naruto can teach Sasuke how to turn into a chick for a long time, then there is no chance for inbred children
