Personally, I think that for the voices to work, all the original voice actors are kept, but have them talk in with a slightly higher and cuter voice, (Especially Chibi-Kira
) "heliumed up" or "chipmunked" if you will.
Oh, the sheer
cuteness of the concept alone makes me wanna have some insulin!!
