Ulquiorra has been confirmed dead (I think) but Kubo could do anything. It's likely that we'll see Harribel and Grimmjow back at some point considering he made the effort to confirm they were still alive. But this is all speculation. I don't think he's specifically indicated in any interviews that they'll be back and plot relevant again.
