If you read the epilogue of vol 4 then you know who professor is. But since you haven't seen vol 5 yet then you don't know why will Kinji beat the crap out of this guy. And EU is a lot more dangerous without laws governing it. The elite/genius members will just run amok without a disciplinary leader to rule them
