Do you really think it'll just be an OVA? I'm not familiar enough with greenlight announcements, but do they specify OVA vs Anime? Either way, I'd imagine they would milk this as a full anime, given current TypeMoon popularity. Plus, it already has that certain level of ecchiness to make Blurays more appealing than broadcast.
