I see we're all in agreement about Mikasa. I still managed to notice she was abnormally composed and detached before reading the manga, but it's not as obvious in the anime. A single glance at her in the manga and you can tell she's broken.

The lips are not that big a deal. I just don't think it suits her. The eyes are totally wrong though.
