Yes, Ikouze Minna is one used at that part in ep 13 but is the same one used at end of ep 9 as well.
I should have said
Daiji na Koto sa is the one in the flashback in ep12 and is one used at end of ep 1 when Toori tells everyone his plans.
Also
Kimi no Pace de is another nice little tune, loved when that played when the gang we're up to their nonsense
