I guess. But more like:
1. Nuke
2. Millions get vaporised (HAHAHA!)
3. Remaining survivors become mutants
4. Possible in Geass world
4a. People affected by Nuke/FLEIJA get Geass depending on the dose of radiation
4b. Nunnally becomes new Queen of the new Geass order/victims of FLEIJA... (she inherits a Mother geass, whatever)
4c. People/victims from FLEIJA become like drones under her command. Plot for season 3.
