I think those images are from novel 11. There's only three color images and that would be about the same amount of black and white images used in a typical release.

Having said that, I'm strongly believing that the new girl's name is Yasumi. It not only appears in the close-up color image, but someone on 4ch that gave it as hiragana "Watahashi Yasumi" in a mix of Chinese characters.

It appears that the two groups make Kyon have a choice between Sasaki and Haruhi, and of course Haruhi wins out. She looks to fall ill and I think that's due to her powers possibly fading at that time.
