I'm definitely not in the intended target audience for this...but the dub trailer seems to be fairly OK in my opinion, though it's still too short to know how well the actors will perform in their roles.
As for editing...as long as they don't edit the overall story itself, including the fact that murders and massacres happen, I suppose the show can survive shortening or cutting out a few scenes here and there.
