this one was just the pic of naruto and sauske without the heads flashing and the back round was added |
Top one is made by smudging, hue/saturation filter, and adding text. Don't know the smudge setting though.(Probably some whored tutorial off somewhere)
Bottom one: Text: Blend setting. Magic circle: Stock rip off somewhere. Heads: Stock rip off somewhere. Render: Stock rip off somewhere. Put them together, add a few frames of effect and yea.
