Well, when Karin confronted Ichigo about knowing he is a shinigami, he just ignored her, which really ticked me off. They should have had Ichigo make Karin promise him that she wouldn't say anything, and that little secret between them could help them bond or whatever. I wonder if Karin had keep he speculations a secret, or possibly told Yuzu about them...
But I really doubt Ichigo is going to discover Isshin's status anytime soon. It just wouldn't fit into the current plot.
