Generally speaking, yeah, Jin Kazama is supposed to be the main character of Tekken, much like Ryu is to Street Fighter. He's been on the box art every time following his inclusion in Tekken 3 (I personally find it ironic he's a main character, yet hasn't been in the whole series throughout, compared to someone like Ryu).
