The First Strike is built into Double Strike, it means to kill her you'd need a creature with more then 7 Toughness... Otherwise she'll kill it before it even gets to attack
But you'd need a creature with 14 toughness to survive killing her or something, since I guess the first strike and the second attack trigger at the same time. Basically only a direct damage card or something can kill her XD
