Im 99.99% sure theres going to be a ova since each BD/dvd volume will have 3 episodes each and since 9 have been soliticated there needs to be a episode 27 to fill the final BDs episode amount. And i heard that a OVA was mentioned either on the radio show or the pre screening of episode 1. Though whether its the true refrain ending or the beach remains to be seen. That is if they plan to do everything in two cours.
