It might be easier if you have a computer and a scanner. l myself doesn't have any of those.
But you don't really need those.
l did some good anime like drawing using pencils then, pilot pen, color pens, water color and correction liquid. Markerss are also good. lt took me 3 hours to finish one 8.5 x 11 size drawing.
