Sounds promising. I would like to know how the long term stability of the new memory design is. If it can also solve one of the more annoying, known problems of solid state memory (low rewrite lifetime ~ only 10,000 - 100,000 times to be rewritten before it is broken), this would allow for much larger (data storage) and ultra fast hard drives that also have an additional benefit: there are no moving/mechanical parts that tend to be very shock sensitive.
