'Colony Otoshi', that's what Colony Drop is called. An 'otoshi' is the Japanese name for a wrestling suplex or drop.

I didn't check the anime, but if the kanji doesn't work as 'jin', it can only be 'bito', 'Navibito'. Or it could have a double meaning/pronounciation but we do not know its furigana.
