So, something like Fudo offering Mykage his life/death? That could work.
Fudo did disappear in this ep and is presumably off to the site of the fight, so he must have something in mind.
Option A! He'll possess Mikono so that we have a matching pair of angel-possessed young ladies and then have a big ol' mecha fight to settle things once and for all.
...It's not very likely, but it would be fun.
Option B! He goes to give Mikono cryptic hints about doughnuts. How useful.
Option C! He offers Mykage his life, and Mykage gratefully accepts. It could work. I'm sure that Mykage would be okay with killing him or getting back together, whichever is the most likely option.
