What heals Naruto is not in his blood but what is in his Kyubbi Chakra... in order to cure Kankuro like that he would need to do a Kyubbi chakra transfer... Putting aside the question of how he would actually do that, the question comes up, What the hell would happen ito Kankuro if you did that (there's a reason why in the real world blood transfusions yare done with those of the same blood type)
