I have to admit that I'm a little surprised by a solid plotline. I didn't want to assume from the just two pictures from the official site but they did gave off a K-On!-type story to me. Glad I didn't make that assumption.
With how well they made a lively school festival in Hyouka, I'm looking forward to what their busy shopping district is going to be.
