Yup, I always find Wakamoto Norio's voice hilarious...
But for my favourite, chalk another one up for Megumi Hayashibara. She's incredible -
I can't get over the fact that she played Rei AND Penpen in NGE.
I also like Takayama Minami and Ohara Sayaka.
Oh, and I find Katou Nanae (Ahiru in Princess Tutu)'s voice hilarious and brilliant!
