Wendy stands her ground, Shelia uses her ultimate magic which was too strong for her to control properly, because she miscalculated her own condition from the fight. Then Wendy counters with jabs and the two duke it out till the time's up. Draw. Jellal gets found out by Dranbalt and is about to be exposed in front of Laharl. The source of evil was not Shelia after all, but someone who disappeared into the crowd after Dranbalt intercepted Jellal.
