Just got through watching episodes 14-17 Blu-Ray versions. As previously stated, episodes 14-16 have no new dialogue. However, episode 17's additions seem to have been downplayed a bit.
- More dialogue at the beginning between Kirei and Tokiomi in regards to Risei's murder (about 20 seconds worth)
- More dialogue between Irisviel and Tokiomi during the alliance/treaty discussion (about 40 seconds worth)
- More dialogue between Irisviel and Maiya in the car after said meeting (about 15 seconds worth)
In the end, it comes out to about a minute and sixteen seconds or so of new dialogue. Pretty good when you compare it to season 1 additions (other than episode 11), but only as an individual episode, since it followed three episodes with no additions at all.
