Production IG website (in English). The series looks awesome. Perhaps it will be better than Samurai Champloo. It definitely sounds like it has a different atmosphere.
I've heard that this anime's director is a woman, which is super rare in the anime industry. There are also staff members from Berserk and Stand Alone Complex.
