Considering the translation I just read than Bon Clay is most likely dead, either that or Megellan is insanely incompetent.
Considering his softness was what did him in the first time if he lets Bon Clay live than the World Goverment is just in executing Megellan for gross incompetence.
Someone needs their head posted on a pike it's either Bon Clay's head or Megellan's head.
