Actually, that was one of the things that was left out back in episode 25. Rika visited Rena during the time when she was hiding in her 'secret hideout', just before Keiichi did. She presented the syringe to her and offered the injection. But Rena who was overtaken by her own madness, accused Rika of attempting to kill her the same way that Tomitake was murdered. Whether the syringe was a cure or not was never clearly stated, but Rika did mentioned that the substance inside was different from those used on Tomitake.

I just started Minagoroshi chapter, and was wondering if anyone remembers if there was any indication at all in Onikakushi whether the Hinamizawa great disaster happened or not at the end?

Actually, Rika doesn't know if Tomitake was drugged or not.

Rena accuses her, but read Rika's response again.

Well I've read all the TIPs so far. I was more referring to certain scenes in the anime that aren't necessarily in the TIPs, that alluded to future arcs. For example, the scene with the other cop trying to come to the rescue here or something, supposedly that was cut out because it alludes to Minagoroshi hen? And I believe there was something similar like this in ep 25, and someone said "well they probably took it out because there won't be any Minagoroshihen."

Not developing Keiichi character well enough here.
Probably weirded people that Keiichi developed such a strong bond with Satoko so fast and how he just "jumps" to the conclusion that killing Teppei is the best answer. That's why we need monologues, DEEN.

Kei-chan had Rena's hatchet not an axe. Looked silly the way he wrapped it and poor way of showing Satoko's reaction of Rika's death to conclude it was Keiichi who did it - in her eyes.

I have a feeling that Sushi-Y will add more to this

Keiichi remembering stuff when he falls... I don't remember seeing this in the anime but several people mention this on the forum. I don't remember Keiichi doing so in the game either.

Nothing really expect for the TIPs which explains a lot of other things like Rika's mom, how the village pampers Rika, and all the Sonozaki scenes.

I guess, Akasaka's reprisal to Rika in the form of the book, "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" dedicated to find out her killer. Connects to Tsumihoroboshi Hen, Minagoroshi Hen, and Matsuribayashi Hen to some degree.
