I wonder if Blade will try to absorb the Angel in order to gain all the Stigmata or if Saten or Gido will try. And, during the process of absorbing the Angel, you wonder if they'll be vulnerable to be killed, especially if it's Blade. You also have to wonder how berserk the Angel will be and if it will escape to the surface or something. I mean, if it gets to the surface, imagine what'll happen, especially with the clones exploding everywhere. Makes you really wonder how mankind will survive this whole ordeal.

Also, is there an inconsistency with the Gate? I originally though the Gate was located in the middle of Blackspot and that's why it was bombed by the Allies, caused the Gate to malfunction destroying Tokyo and creating what we know is Blackspot. I reread the section to see that Simeon built it's HQ where the Angel was hibernating underground, so it doesn't necessarily mean the Gate is there but you figure it'd be around there if that's the center of Blackspot. So what's the gate doing way underground in the City? Unless, that is to say they were in the City and are now underground in the Blackspot. Maybe the translations or someone can help me with this.

Either way, another fantastic chapter and a great use of a transition between fighting Arclight/Riru and the appearance of an Angel.

I always thought tha t underground passage lead to the undergroud chamber in the Black Spot Head Quarters, and that they just came back to the Black Spot.

Yeah, with the clones starting to blow up, things are looking bleack for humanity. It may take a major Dues Ex Machina to return things to how they were. With Blade, you never know what he's going to do. If there is a chance to gain more power I'd imagine he take it in his own way. As long as Eve is fine, he'll do anything to satisfy himself

- all of the clone in the world explode and clone arclight dead in the same way
- gido persuade eve to come with him to the "other world" and eve refused
- mio and teruyama was double knockout by saten's fifth wave
- blade states before the fight with gido that he now interested in meeting the being of the other world (the exact line: and... hearing that by eating the angel we can become the almighty god...i have became more interested in participating too!!)

-from the gate emerge a monster with a bird? head and a head that looks like arclight when he transform and have a pair of wing.

It's expected Blade would want to have the power of God too. He is an Adam clone after all. Still, it scares me on what his action would cost those around him. His allies were caught up in that explosion as well. Cruz may have looked up to the worng hero, though once you think about it, it was expected.

So, I was right Blade has really destroyed the gate of his own free will and I can't belive that he do this for that reason.
In this ch he have lost points with me.
Also I still wonder why Saten is so interested in Yamada since it does not seem to have a stigmata.

I'm surprised people wouldn't think he would do something like this. I mean he made it clear in the beginning that he looks out for himself (and Eve). He'll have anyone or anything around him if it benefits him. He has no trouble of taking out former allies as with the Teruyama clone. As for his care of allies, he made it clear his pecking order with how he beat up Setsuna.
