The main difficulty with the idea of a second season is that

if they want to go back and cover all the parts of the manga that the anime skipped (and it would be very important to do so, because they are crucial to the plot), Rahzel's father was not present for those story arcs, but after the episode 10 story in the manga, he remains with them. Either they'd have to find some excuse to get rid of him, or he'd be hanging around like a character with nothing to do, kind of like Baroqueheat was in the first episode (because he wasn't in that story in the manga).

The character relationships are also way more solidified after 8 volumes of story (where the ep. 10 story comes from), and if they go back to the earlier arcs but have the character relationships in their later form, it won't quite work.

Maybe there will be a second season someday, and maybe they'll figure out a way to plot things that sort of works out. But I wouldn't count on it. If you like this series, I highly recommend going back and getting it at the source—the manga.
