Actually, that's a pretty "new" word, it's not in any dictionary. If you google it, you mainly get links to hataraki-man sites

I'm pretty convinced it means "originally giant breasts", which is supposed to contrast "fake giant breasts" (i.e. ones that you didn't have "originally")
