Yeah afterall he is possessing Logia afterall, even weakest and most coward marine grunt who would have Logia would have to be taken seriosly.
Smoker is pretty badass even without of his fruit and he has Logia of all of them, I think Smoker should be atleast Vice Admiral if not his attidute problems...
