I definitely think this was the cause of all the problems. Miho let everyone run loose
because she didn't think it was about the win, but about having fun. Of course, she still should've kept everyone under some sort of control.
What I found rather pathetic was the history-girl team mentioning the similarities to Stalingrad, and yet they still fell for the trap.
