Romance...in Bleach? Never. But, if there were, it would be off screen in a time skip...but it would have been revealed this chapter.
And they can never date because Ichigo gave up his right when he left her in Hueco Mundo. Even if he is the hero, he doesn't deserve the girl in the end.
