And Gilgamesh could have started the fight on his protoss ship and spam noble phantasms all day.
Power level debates especially regarding Gilgamesh are pretty boring, most of the time it's usually "If Gil was serious he wins", but thankfully this never happens in the story or the story would be pretty boring.
