How is that even possible? Did you have school on weekends? Because without weekends a year only has some 260 days - subtract holidays and in many countries there won't be a single school day left.
In my school you automatically got 0 points in a subject when you exceeded a certain limit of skipped classes (don't remember the limit) and a 0 in one subject meant that you had to repeat the year. If that happened a second time you'd be expelled from school for good.
