Manga's been licensed for a while now, I think Viz has over 10 volumes out at the moment.
As for another season, unless it's completely original, I doubt it. I believe the manga just continues the game show since it's 25 squares instead of 9 like the anime, then ends in some super confrontation with St. Pierre.
