The funny thing is, they could’ve avoid all this continuity issue with a very simple method:
make it a flashback episode with Hayate remembering the day he went to theme park with Hina. With that, they can still make Hina as a “guess star”, keep it consistent with the manga canon, and get rid of that annoyance called Tsugumi.
