Nah, they are going at three episodes per volume right now, so they should have no problem covering up to an including volume 4. I think they might even go a bit past the Saya's house arc and include the Takashi/Saeko park "date"
They will most likely skip the whole airport chapter, too, since that focuses on a side character who is not really relevant to the story as of yet.
