The Votoms OVA has great character design that reminds me of the original series and the Kodomo No Jikan OVA, well it was quiet, but I think I heard some delightfully awful music so that's a no go for watching the opening with any degree of frequency.
Also Rin seemed to be enjoying riding the mechanical horse a little too much.
