Except Destiny didn't do that. People just don't want to accept that Kira doesn't always have to cry or be extremely angry all the times to still be emotionally affected by what happened in SEED.
Seriously, I hope when AGE comes around, people won't judge the characters' emotional damage by how loud they cry/scream.
