Well, nothing is impossible in dxd now LOL, and even Azazel stated that there are chance that new Longinus(es) may appear. but of course, for Saji's Sacred Gear to become one, it would have to take some drastic change such as he sees Sona being struck down and then he goes berserk => New Longinus (?).
