Maybe that would be the case. I think the most likely reason is she can tell by body language considering that teacher is her colleague. Considering it been some time now in the story and such she can tell people's intention by looking at them, since she analyses anyone that could be potentially be a target to her Genji project. She would not risk peeping and get caught, all of which will bring too much trouble. She would just look at the teacher and the bully girl and deduce what is actually going on between them.
